Refund & Cancellation Policy

Organizer-set refund policies

Each event has a refund and cancellation policy chosen by its Organizer. Depending on the event, this may be one of the following:

• No refunds — all sales are final once payment is completed.
• A single cutoff — bookings are refundable up to a stated date or time before the event, and non-refundable after it.
• Tiered refunds — the percentage refunded depends on how far ahead of the event you cancel (for example, a full refund earlier and a partial refund closer to the date).
• Per-ticket policies — different ticket types within the same event may carry different refund terms.

The policy that applies to your booking is shown on the event and at checkout before you pay. Please review it carefully, because by completing a booking you accept that policy.

How to request a refund or cancel

• Open your booking using the secure management link in your confirmation email. From there you can cancel attendees that are eligible for a refund under the applicable policy.
• For questions about a specific event, or for a refund that falls outside what you can do from your management link, contact the Organizer of the event. You can also reach us at fgawly@strategiflows.com and we will help where we can.
• When an eligible refund is processed, the place is released automatically so it can be offered to someone else, including anyone on the waitlist.

How refunds are issued

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the booking.
• Refunds are issued in the currency you paid. If you paid in a different currency from the one the event was listed in, we use the exchange rate locked at the time of your booking, so the conversion is fair and predictable.
• Once a refund is issued, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank and payment provider, and is typically a number of business days.

Fees

• Platform and payment-processing fees may be non-refundable, even where the rest of a booking is refunded. Any non-refundable amount is reflected in the refund you receive.
• Where an event offers a paid waitlist, a waitlist fee you have already paid is credited toward the price of your ticket if you are offered and accept a place — it is not charged again on top.

Cancellation, postponement, or changes by the Organizer

• If an Organizer cancels an event, affected Guests are generally entitled to a refund in line with the Organizer's policy and applicable law. Non-refundable fees may still apply.
• If an event is postponed or its details change materially, your booking generally remains valid for the rescheduled event. Where the Organizer's policy or applicable law provides for it, you may instead request a refund.
• Because events are run by independent Organizers, rsvpto.app cannot guarantee that any particular event will take place. Our role is to facilitate refunds in line with the applicable policy.

Cancelling individual attendees

If your booking covers more than one attendee, you can usually cancel some attendees while keeping the others, subject to the applicable refund policy. The refund for each cancelled place is calculated according to that policy.

Incorrect charges and chargebacks

If you think you have been charged in error or do not recognize a charge, please contact us at fgawly@strategiflows.com before disputing it with your bank, so we can investigate and resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first can delay a resolution and may affect future bookings.
