Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Fady Hisham Youssef Amin Hanna ("rsvpto.app", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the event-booking platform at rsvpto.app (the "Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the Platform.

By creating an account, publishing an event, making or managing a booking, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The role of rsvpto.app

rsvpto.app is a software platform that lets event organizers ("Organizers") create events and accept bookings, and lets attendees ("Guests") reserve and pay for a place at those events. We provide the booking, ticketing, and payment-facilitation technology that connects the two.

rsvpto.app is not the organizer, host, promoter, or producer of any event listed on the Platform. Each event is created and run by an independent Organizer. Except for collecting and remitting payment on an Organizer's behalf as described below, we are not a party to the agreement between an Organizer and a Guest, and we are not responsible for the planning, quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any event.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform.
  • Organizers register for an account with accurate information and are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity under their account.
  • Guests do not need an account. Bookings are managed through a secure, single-use link sent to the email address used at checkout. Keep this link private — anyone with it can view and manage the booking.
  • Tell us promptly at fgawly@strategiflows.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Organizer responsibilities

If you use the Platform as an Organizer, you are solely responsible for your events and your relationship with your Guests. In particular, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate, complete, and current information about each event, including its date, time, location, pricing, capacity, and the terms that apply to it.
  • You will set a clear refund and cancellation policy for each event and honor it, together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any rights your Guests have under applicable law.
  • You have all rights, licenses, and permits needed to host the event and sell the bookings you list, and your event and content are lawful and do not infringe anyone's rights.
  • You are responsible for delivering the event as described, communicating any changes or cancellations to your Guests promptly, and handling Guest questions, complaints, and refunds relating to your event.
  • You are responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes that apply to your sales, and for complying with all laws that apply to your event and your business.

Bookings, tickets, and Guest responsibilities

  • A booking is a request to reserve one or more places at an event. Unless the event is free, your booking is confirmed only once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation by email.
  • Tickets and bookings are delivered electronically. You will not receive a physical ticket; your confirmation email and secure management link are your proof of booking.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including the details of each attendee. Some Organizers limit bookings to one per email address per event.
  • Bookings are made with the Organizer of the event. Questions about an event — its schedule, content, entry requirements, or a refund — should go to the Organizer in the first instance; we can help facilitate where appropriate.
  • Unless the Organizer allows it, bookings are personal to you and may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain.

Pricing, currency, and payments

  • Organizers set the price of each event. Prices are listed and charged in Egyptian pounds (EGP), and the total you will pay is shown clearly before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not collect or store full card details. By paying, you also agree to the applicable payment provider's terms.
  • rsvpto.app facilitates the collection of payments on behalf of Organizers. Depending on the payment method and currency, funds may be collected by us or by a payment provider acting as merchant of record, and then settled to the Organizer.
  • We may charge platform and payment-processing fees. Any fees that apply to a booking are reflected in the total shown to you before you pay. Some fees may be non-refundable, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are governed by the refund and cancellation policy the Organizer sets for each event, together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any rights you have under applicable law. The policy that applies to a booking is shown before you pay. Please read it carefully, as some bookings and fees are non-refundable.

Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method in the currency you paid, using the exchange rate locked at the time of your booking. Processing times depend on your bank and payment provider.

Acceptable use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or to host or promote an event that is illegal, dangerous, or harmful;
  • infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of anyone else;
  • upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its data, or interfere with its normal operation;
  • circumvent, disable, or manipulate any fee, quota, security, or access control on the Platform; or
  • misuse Guests' personal information or use it for any purpose other than fulfilling the booking and event they signed up for.

Intellectual property

The Platform — including its software, design, text, and branding — is owned by Fady Hisham Youssef Amin Hanna or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform except as expressly permitted.

Organizers retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it as needed to operate and promote the Platform and your events.

Third-party services

The Platform relies on third-party services, including payment, email, hosting, and analytics providers. Your use of those services through the Platform may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Because events are created and run by independent Organizers, we make no warranty about any event, including whether it will take place as described.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fady Hisham Youssef Amin Hanna will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from an event itself or from an Organizer's or Guest's conduct. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the greater of the fees we earned on the booking giving rise to the claim or the amount required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fady Hisham Youssef Amin Hanna and its team from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your events or bookings, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, or remove an event, if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been breached, or to protect the Platform, our users, or third parties. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give notice. Obligations relating to bookings already made — including refunds — survive termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where the changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the competent courts of Cairo, the Arab Republic of Egypt will have jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved informally, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
